Emerging from deep shadows into brilliant sunshine, Heber Valley Railroad's 'Provo Canyon Limited' approaches the Vivian Park station stop at the foot of 10,908 ft. Mt. Cascade. It is no accident that the paintwork on RS4TC 4028 resembles that of an Alco, Baldwin, or FM switcher, the type the Rio Grande ran through Provo Canyon back in the 1950's.
