Iowa Interstate GP38-2 717 passes the old Rock Island depot (and Milepost 1) in Council Bluff, Iowa, on September 21, 2010. This engine rolled out of EMD's factory as Penn Central 8019, later becoming Conrail 8019 and then EMDX 819, Union Pacific 1954, then to Locomotive Leasing Partners as their 2329, and finally to IAIS.
