| This photo showcases the multi-million dollar facelift Tunnel 1 got during the Heartland Corridor Project. As a taxpayer to both the Feds and the State of W.VA, I feel they could have done a neater job with my money. They butchered some really nice early 1900's stone and concrete work. I guess progress trumps history. |
