| TTC Canadian Light Rail Vehicle (CLRV) 4000 pauses at the Canadian National Exhibition grounds during an excursion sponsored by the Wilmington Chapter NRHS. TTC operator Frank Hood helped make the night photo charter a success. TTC 4000 was the first CLRV built for the TTC. |
