A contemporary version of the old Southern Pacific-Union Pacific-Conrail 'Salad Bowl Express' heads east up Echo Canyon under the old Lincoln Highway overpass at Emory, Utah. This train of Central Valley produce originated at Delfar (Delano-McFarland), California (approx. 28 miles north of Bakersfield) and will terminate at the CSX rail yard at Selkirk, New York.
