| Electric railcars in heavy freight service. BDe 576 057 named "Jeanette" of MAKIES AG Gettnau is leaving Lucerne with a gravel train. On the rear of the 9 car train is shoving BDe 576 056 "Elisi". Both railcars run in "distributed power" modus via cable connection. The railcars were built for the "Schweizerische Südostbahn" SOB in 1979 as BDe 4/4 85 and 84 and came to Makies in 2008. |
