A UP Long Beach, CA to Savage, UT coal empty emerges from a 3009 ft. tunnel on main #1 through the ghost town of Thistle, Utah. Second out in the power consist is SP 343, one of a handful of originally numbered SP AC4400CWs on the active UP roster.
