| Bay Coast Railroad Engine #2000 takes a well deserved rest under the moonlight and stars on a beautiful November evening. This GP10 locomotive was built in January 1957 for the Illinois Central Railroad as a GP9 power unit with the road number #9250. It also served on the Illinois Central Gulf roster with #8250. Prior to the Bay Coast Railroad acquiring this unit, it operated as part of the Eastern Shore Railroad with roster #2000. |
