| Fresh off the barge Artic Provider an Alaska freight train crosses 20 Mile River on a beautiful fall afternoon. A barge arrives Whittier, AK on a weekly schedule from the lower 48 while another barge from Canada arrives approximately every 10 days providing the 49th state with its interchange to/from the rest of North America. |
