| Getting closer to the Summit, the old Rutland Railroad Ludlow Depot is no stranger to big snow and certainly no longer stranger to the passing ethanol trains. VTR GP38-2 201 and GP40-2W 311 work upgrade towards the Green Mountain summit. |
