| Southbound Seaboard System TOFC hotshot No. 175 probably had it pretty close to the 70 MPH speed limit when he blasted through Centralia, VA on March 21, 1987. The East and West Routes of the Collier Subdivision came back together south of Richmond at Centralia. The West Route was the former ACL and the East Route was the former SAL. The track to the right was built shortly after the SCL merger to connect the former SAL to the former ACL. |
