Remarks & Notes

Eastbound Lathrope, CA, to Global 2 Intermodel Facility, IL, pulls out of the siding at Thisbe after meeting Amtrak #5. Thisbe is located at MP 267, or 20 miles east of Sparks Yard. This area isn't the mountain area like west of Sparks on Donner Pass, but still has it scenic appeal. Here the elevation is still 4180 feet.
