| WC like the Soo had done decades earlier often turned to the LS&I for leased power to get them through the Upper Michigan winters. Strangely both roads had limited(Soo) or no(WC) experience with GE's of there own. LS&I 3052,3053 have Tilden pellets in tow as they pass Kinross. |
