| Cats and Geeps - One of the ARR Maintenance of Way department's big excavators sits on a flat car up against the end ramp in Anchorage. Anchorage TOFC employees will unlash and unload the big machine on Monday morning. Meanwhile, a GP38-2 idles in the short yard awaiting it's next call to duty on this lazy Sunday morning. Note: the photographer is a railroad employee with permission to be on the property and was wearing all required PPE while taking this photograph. |
