This train has come down 17 Mile Grade loaded, and is parked at the Keyser Yard. If you look close at the first loaded hopper, you can see it's hooked up to yard air. Later, two engines will be put on the other end, and this coal will go back west to the Mt Storm power plant on the old Western Maryland Sub.
