The steamtrain for mother's day (Muttertagsfahrt) was a teamwork of the three associations DVZO (Steamtrain Association Zürcher Oberland), VHMThB (Association Historic Mittel-Thurgau-Bahn) and DLC (Steamlocomotiv Club). Eb 3/5 9, built by Maffei Munich in 1910 for the Bodensee-Toggenburg-Bahn, and Ec 3/5 3, built by SLM in 1912 for the Mittel-Thurgau-Bahn, are pulling the train with cars of VHMThB and DVZO on the grade of 1.8 % from Romanshorn to St.Gallen.
