| An empty Roberts Bank, BC to Spring Creek Mine, MT coal train rumbles across the dappled waters of Ebey Slough at Bridge 38.3 on a gorgeous late-spring morning. The train will soon arrive at Delta Yard in Everett for a crew change before continuing east over Stevens Pass, bound for the Powder River Basin coal fields. |
