| This loco was built in Britain to an LMS design for the War Department for use overseas during WW2. Many of these locos ended up in Turkey and in 2010 this and a sister loco were bought by UK enthusiasts and returned to the UK. It is currently on display at the National Railway Museum Locomotion site at Shildon before moving to another site for full restoration. |
