The morning NB S&NC train waits on the controlled siding for its scheduled departure time while the power from the CSX OCS sits on the station track. Later in the morning, after the OCS passengers depart by bus for the horse races, the F40's will take the CSX train to be turned in prep for 5AM Sunday morning departure to North Bergen, NJ. CSX F40PH 9992 and CSX F40PH 9999 were assigned to this OCS.
