    The Romney time machine is fired up on this summer morning. An original B&O torpedo boat GP9 6604, passes the Potomac Eagle's former B&LE F7A masquerading as a B&O unit on the north side of town. If we could just do something about those ditch lights and that SP FMC boxcar!
