Due to major flooding and washouts along the Mississippi River, several BNSF trains which normally run the Aurora Sub were re-routed via CP and CN through Wisconsin. This particular train came down the CN, though B12 in Franklin Park to the BNSF conncection at Congress Park. Since the connection is on the south side of the BNSF, yard power from Cicero tied onto the back of the train on the IHB and is seen here towing the train onto the BNSF Connection at Congress Park.
