Last light, late color and first snow. S&NC's newly activated BL2 rolls the afternoon SB as it catches the very last rays of valley sun at 4:47PM. The tracks will be shadowed in within minutes. Late colors (for this far north) dot the hills as a few small traces of the seasons first snow can still be seen up near the rock outcrop. I believe this represents just the 4th BL2 in service in the US.
