| Union Pacific makes a rare appearance in South Dakota as power for the Dakota & Iowa Railroad as it hauls a ballast train behind its usual empty rock cars heading back to Dell Rapids from Sioux City. It's crossing the Big Sioux River in Sioux Falls. |
