The morning of October 29 dawned cold, cloudy...and snowy for most states in the Northeast. By day's end, almost ten inches were recorded in Harrisburg, the snow sticking to whatever it fell on, including tree limbs! Before the bulk of the reported fallen limbs, NS autorack train 290 heads east towards Harrisburg with a single snow-caked Dash-9 in charge.
