What a wonderful sight to behold tucked away in the Provo, Utah car shop! This beautifully restored Baldwin DS-4-4-10 received a new lease on life with an EMD power transplant and paintwork by Morrison Knudsen of Boise, Idaho. The USS 21 was purchased new for use at United States Steel's Geneva Works in July 1947.
