| Union Pacific train ZLCAI 14 (Expedited Intermodal; Los Angeles CA to Atlanta Intermodal GA) slows to a crawl as it approaches Palomares Street in Pomona, California. It seems that half the crossing gates at this crossing were not working, so the train had to stop to allow the conductor to get off and drop a pair of fusees in the street before the train could proceed. Power for the train is a trio of GE ES44ACs: 7462 and 5492 on the headend, and 7875 as the rear DPU. |
