| On a warm November evening in '76, a pair of EMD GP9s idle away the night at Rio Grande's modest engine and caboose maintenance facility in Provo, Utah. The 5923 would soon sold to Utah Power & Light for use as a switch engine at the Carbon Power Plant at Castle Gate, Utah. |
