Remarks & Notes

Built as ATSF 1528 in 1952, this Alco S4 found a home at the Cargill elevator (formerly Continental Grain) in Gilman, IL for 44 years. Finally, in late 2018 it was donated and shipped by flat car to the Arizona State Railroad Museum.
