Remarks & Notes

Saratoga & North Creek now has their own heritage engine. The former Staten Island Alco S2 made its inaugural run in full Delaware & Hudson colors and lettering on the opening day for the Saratoga & North Creek 2012 Summer and Fall season. This black and yellow scheme was worn on early D&H Alco S and RS switchers. S2's in an almost identical paint scheme were the very first D&H diesels to run on this former D&H line.
