After watching Oakland CA, La Grange KY, and Michigan City IN street running operations, this one seems the most impressive. In La Grange, the locomotive engineer reduce speed to about 10 mph when locomotives are in the street, then accelarate (about 20 mph)as soon as engines leaves the street. In Oakland and Warsaw, speed seems to be about 20 mph, but Jack London square is very large, unlike in Warsaw.
