Art deco engineering at its finest on display as Milwaukee Road Skytop Lounge “Cedar Rapids”, which was set out by Amtrak Train #3 last night in KC. This car is operated by the Friends of 261, the owners of Milwaukee Road 4-8-4 #261, based in Minneapolis, MN.
