Still lettered Ferrocarril-Huancayo-Huancavelica, Japanese railcar No. 31 was formerly narrow-gauge and had just recently been converted to standard gauge by Ferrovias Central Andina (FCCA) when photographed on Puente Chancho bridge 8 kilometers from Huancayo, Peru.
