    Remarks & Notes
A GG1, an SD45, a high-hood, a CPL and a tower. Recently repainted Norfolk & Western SD45 1776 brings up the rear of a special photo train headed from downtown Roanoke to the Virginia Museum of Transportation for display this weekend. The special, led by three heritage units, is passing by the museum grounds and the PRR GG1 on display at left. One track over from the special, NS local V80, led by ex-Southern high-hood GP38-2 5140, waits for a signal at the CPLs at Park Street, with a now-closed N&W tower nearby.
