Alco RSD-12 512 and RSD-5 802 are in charge of Ferrocarril del Pacifico's Train No. 1 running northward up western Mexico. After an overnight 504-mile run from Guadalajara, this stop at Culiacan, Sinaloa, was the first opportunity to photo the train on Sept. 5, 1962. There are only two passenger trains remaining in Mexico today.
