Remarks & Notes

A nicely matched pair of Missouri Pacific GP38-2s lead Union Pacific's PVSC (Provo - Salt Lake City) local freight at the junction point with the D&RGW at Lakota. At the time, local railfans were less than pleased that the MoPac blue units replaced UP's GP30s on locals, but we soon got over it.
