Remarks & Notes

A pair of classic Rio Grande EMDs are switching at the west end of Provo Yard in June 1977. GP30 #3018 was built new for the D&RGW in Feb. 1963 while GP35 #3032 was build new in May 1964. By 1998, the D&RGW 3032 would be sold and rebuilt by OmniTrax as Utah Railway GP38-2 #2001, where it serves to this day wearing its third paint scheme (Genesee & Wyoming).
