| Harper's Ferry, WV 11/6/2012 - A hard frost clings to the CSX mainline bridge over the Potomac River as two coal trains meet just before sunrise. Westbound empty hopper train E-721 is exiting the Harper's Ferry tunnel underneath the craggy cliffs of Maryland Heights as SD-70MAC 4827 leans into the curve with eastbound coal loads. The trains are on the CSX Cumberland Subdivision between Brunswick and Cumberland, MD. |
