On November 15, Pan Am operated an office car special from Worcester to East Deerfield Yard, Massachusetts, then north on the Connecticut River Line to East Northfield, MA to inspect the rail work that has been ongoing. OCS-15 is crossing Interstate 91 just south of the Bernardston/Northfield exit.
