An early morning snow hit Mid-Michigan Saturday morning, leaving around 1-2 inches of wet, heavy snow. In conjunction with the north winds, the snow stuck quickly to the crossing gate masts that protect the Main St. crossing. With its antlers and red nose, GLC 395 leads the morning North Pole Express through the perfect weather for the trip as the train approaches it "North Pole" destination.
