| TCWR 2300 has spent most of its career in the Twin Cities, working between Hopkins and St. Paul. That is why i found it odd that it has made its way back out to the far western reaches of the Twin Cities & Western system. They have just met the BNSF Milbank turn at the Big Stone City power plant, and are using the rest of their trackage rights on the BNSF to access their newly acquired railroad, the Sisseton & Milbank Railroad. |
