| Train 41 is backing around the connection and will soon be heading for Marquette with 30 cars in WC's first winter. The ex MP GP35m's arrived without their turbo's re-rated to 2000hp and had effectively became a GP38 minus the reliability. They were some of the first units on the property in full WC paint though and made a fine sight. The big SD's were not commonly found on the ex DSS&A Marquette line due to rough track and light rail...but WC was scrambling to just operate effectively at the time and power was wandering all over the place. |
