Remarks & Notes

A trio of Union Pacific SD60s lead Rio Grande coal train #734 east to Skyline mine with 84 Intermountain Power empties. There are signs of recent earth moving to stabilize the railroad and the highway from sliding down the mountain. It seemed that Mother Nature had refused to give up at Thistle without a fight.
