Amtrak California bilevel coach CDTX 8005, Kern River, sits in the Amtrak yard at Rensselaer after being pulled off the end of Amtrak 48 (Lake Shore Limited) on 3-9-2013. Car is suppose to be heading for interchange to CP in Albany and a trip to Hornell, NY. This car was built by Morrison Knudsen in 1996. The Amtrak MP15DC is the ex P&LE 1591, blt 5-1975.
