Looks like it has a restricting signal. Location is the same as photo #304364 in this database, if anyone is able to pin down exactly where we are. Note turntable/roundhouse beyond engine. This loco will be photographed crossing the bridge into Canada on subsequent exposures. It will be the first international railfan safari for John.
