| Call this the Osceola Strikeout. I came down to the Ottumwa Sub from Des Moines for four hours. Not a single westbound train passed, and only one eastbound had a rear-facing DPU that resembled something worth shooting. It seems as though the oil boom has certainly taken its toll on this line. |
