| An Extra Benning Switcher heads back across Anacostia Railroad Bridge after switching tracks on its way to pick up some coal loads. Unfortunately only the lead unit is operating properly and the power will only move about another 1/4 mile before sitting for a long wait as attempts to get the other three units working will be made. |
