E-Lead spans the entire right side of Proctor Yard. So many cars are being moved through here that they just built a new secondary Yard Office off to the right near the vehicles, specifically for the E-Lead Switch as well as adding a tie-up track for the two former DM&IR SD38-2's assigned to the job, currently 211 and 215. 211 is belching lots of oil, the rear of the 215 is completely black. I also found the fact that the 211 has taconite pellets on the roof, considering it hasnt seen road service in over a year...
