| Sunday was a beautiful Spring day and being able to catch a train was even better. Here is 642 passing the tied down CP 608 sitting in the new waiting yard. The Colonie shops were here at one time but became abandoned. Most of the buildings like Engine Sheds burned down. Just recently CP built a waiting yard for the Ethanol's and Crude Oils going into the port, Kenwood Rail Yard. There are so many, CP stores one here, one on the siding going into Kenwood and one sits in the unloading area while another gets ready to advance. When you see Kenwood it is all tankers except for CP 450's freight. |
