| A SB train is headed out for more "dirty" coal to haul to the prep plant at Dent. Apparently waiting for crew. According to an unnamed coal operator, "We wondered how they could afford to have their prep plant so far from the mines and still make money." The court said double billing was what worked for them and a nice little operation went away. |
