Once C&TS train 215 arrived in town, a moonlight special departed Chama en route to Osier, where the riders would enjoy a steak dinner and wine tasting before returning to Chama, which would not happen until after midnight. Here it climbs the 4% grade along Highway 17, just about to cross the NM/CO state line.
